Return and Exchange Policy
Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:
- Customers may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving the product.
- Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags intact.
- Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Size Issues:
- If the product does not fit and the issue is reported within 30 days, customers may request an exchange.
- If the incorrect size was sent by our store, we will process a free exchange and cover the return shipping costs.
- If the customer selected the wrong size, an exchange can be arranged, and the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
Damaged or Defective Items:
- If a product arrives damaged or defective, customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing clear photos of the issue.
- We will replace the item or issue a full refund, including the return shipping cost, if the issue is verified.
Color Variations:
- If the product’s color differs from its online representation due to an error, customers can request a replacement or refund by providing photos within 24 hours of delivery.

- If the cancellation is requested after the order has been shipped, it will be treated as a return, and shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
Shipping Costs for Returns and Exchanges
- Initial shipping costs are covered by us for all orders.
- Return or exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the issue is due to a defect or error on our part.
Additional Notes
- Returns will not be accepted for items that are worn, damaged, or missing tags.
- Refunds and exchanges are not provided if a customer purchased a product simply to test it or because they changed their mind.
- Customers are responsible for any regional customs fees or taxes associated with their purchase.
